The present invention relates to a method for producing fermented embryo bud of rice and fermented embryo bud of rice produced by the method. The method comprises the steps of: (1) roasting embryo bud of rice; (2) adding water to native grass mixed with steamed rehmannia root, Siberian chrysanthemum, clematis berries, astragali radix, and yellow lacquer to extract the native grass and filtering the native grass extract; (3) fermenting a mixture of Aronia fruit and sugar and filtering the mixture to produce an Aronia fermented broth; (4) mixing the roasted embryo bud of rice of step (1), the native grass extract of step (2), and the Aronia fermented broth of step (3) with lactic acid bacteria to ferment mixture; and (5) drying the fermented embryo bud of rice of step (4).
