摘要

The present invention relate to a kit capable of detecting the presence of porcine gelatin in a sample by using a primer set capable of hybridizing to a D-loop region of mitochondria. The present invention further relates to a method for detecting the presence of porcine gelatin in the sample by using the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to efficiently analyze whether porcine gelatin is used in the sample, and it is expected to be used to certify halal foods, cosmetics and medicines required by Islamic countries.
