The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a boiler tube used in a heat exchanger and, more specifically, relates to a method of manufacturing a boiler tube using inconel overlay welding, which fixates a boiler tube having a plurality of thin pipes that are installed to be adjacent to each other and a fixing plate with each other, and performing inconel overlay welding on one surface of the fixated boiler tube to form a predetermined amount of beads. Therefore, a decline in durability of the boiler tube is prevented to improve durability, wherein the decline is caused as firepower of a boiler directly touches the boiler tube, and the shape of the beads is constant to prevent a defective product.
