The present invention relates to a beauty style development activation system, server, and method, which allows a user to correctly select a style to minimize conflict with a beauty employee, and a beauty style reservation and payment system and a method using the same. According to the present invention, the beauty style development activation system comprises an integrated beauty style management server (100). When a beauty style image developed by a beauty provider or employee is transmitted from a beauty provider or employee terminal (300), the integrated beauty style management server (100) registers and publicizes the beauty style image in an application. When the beauty style image is estimated by a customer or expert terminal (400, 400) with respect to preference, and technical and artistic items, the server (100) commercializes and posts the beauty style in the application. When the customer terminal selects the beauty style image, the server (100) connects the customer terminal (400) with the beauty provider or employee terminal (200, 300), and provides various kinds of beauty style information to the customer terminal (400). When a care service is requested, the server (100) provides care, accumulates beauty service or points, and posts information about actual care ability information to allow the posted information to be used for job offering and seeking services.
