PURPOSE: A security enhancing method in heterogeneous computing environments and a device thereof are provided to guarantee the stability of the whole system and to enhance the security of a kernel in a device by performing the integrity verification of the kernel.;CONSTITUTION: A loading unit(310) loads a kernel of a source code type corresponding to an application program to be installed in a host system. A determining unit(320) determines whether the kernel is an integrity verification target based on security policies of the host system. If the kernel is the integrity verification target, a communication unit(340) requests the integrity verification of the kernel to a security engine of a computing device. A control unit(330) controls the operation of a runtime complier based on the verification result.
