The present invention relates to a scrub cosmetic composition containing crushed quail egg shell membranes, a method for producing the crushed quail egg shell membrane for scrub cosmetic products, and the crushed quail egg shell membrane for scrub cosmetic products thereby. According to the present invention, the scrub cosmetic composition is excellent in exfoliating effects and does not cause skin irritation so that even a person with sensitive skin can use the same without skin pulling effects after use owing to high moisturizing effects. In addition, the scrub cosmetic composition of the present invention is excellent in skin smoothing effects and brightening functions after use. Further, since the scrub cosmetic composition of the present invention uses the egg shell membrane obtained from quail egg shells which are discarded as waste, manufacturing cost can be reduced.
