A manufacturing method of a large Bi-Te-based sintered alloy according to the present invention includes a step of hot-isotatic pressing sintering powder composed of Bi-Te-based spherical particles having a size of 1-200μm, thereby capable of providing a high quality Bi-Te-based sintering alloy.
