The present invention relates to a rotor of an axial magnetic flux motor which simplifies a manufacturing process of a rotor in an axial flux motor and solves a problem that a permanent magnet is separated due to attraction force between the permanent magnet and a stator, and an axial magnetic flux motor having the same. The rotor of an axial magnetic flux motor comprises: a rotation axis; a first main body having a first magnet insertion hole formed radially around a rotation axis and having a step on an inner surface thereof; a second main body having a plurality of second magnet insertion holes coupled to the first main body, formed radially to communicate with the first insertion hole, having a step on an inner surface to form a magnet fixing groove with the first magnet insertion hole; and a plurality of permanent magnets having a protrusion part on a side surface to be fixed to the magnet fixing groove.
