The present invention relates to a transmission control method based on a wireless sensor network cluster. The transmission control method based on a wireless sensor network cluster comprises the steps of: (a) receiving, by one of a plurality of sensor nodes in clusters clustered according to a preset condition, information related to selecting a cluster head node from a base station; (b) receiving, by the one sensor node, data generated according to an operation control based on a previously calculated image quality energy control coefficient from at least one cluster member node corresponding to a generated event; (c) determining, by the one sensor node, a transmission path for total sum data of data received from the at least one cluster member node; and (d) transmitting, by the one sensor node, the total sum data through a transmission path determined in the step (c). In the step (c), the transmission path may be determined as any one of a direct transmission to the base station and a relay transmission through a cluster head node in another cluster.
