A hospital security system for storing patient information on a blockchain basis according to various embodiments of the present invention includes a blockchain-based medical information management server in which electronic chart information of a patient is recorded in blockchain holding servers in the form of a blockchain; drug delivery information and payment information exchanged between a medical institution terminal/a medical institution server and a pharmaceutical company terminal/a pharmaceutical company server are recorded in the blockchain holding servers; an information management task including addition, transfer, and deletion of information recorded in the blockchain holding servers is performed; and the information management task is processed based on the approval of the blockchain holding servers. Accordingly, leakage of patient information and hacking can be prevented, thereby enhancing security.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
