The present invention relates to a prefabricated PC structure with enhanced seismic performance able to be maintained in a robustly assembled state even if external force is applied due to an earthquake or the like, and a construction method thereof. According to an aspect of the present invention, the prefabricated PC structure with enhanced seismic performance is characterized by comprising: a horizontal unit having a predetermined width and a predetermined length; a vertical unit connected to one end of the horizontal unit and having a vertical length so as to have a predetermined height; a hunch unit formed to be inclined at a predetermined angle so as to reinforce a portion where the horizontal unit and the vertical unit are in contact with each other; and a side surface connection unit which is provided on both side surfaces of the vertical unit and is connected to each other by another vertical unit and a first connection unit provided adjacent to each other.
