The present invention relates to a leather agent preparing method using natural leather and a leather agent prepared by using the same. More specifically, the leather agent using the inner skin of the natural leather does not need a separate coating operation by dying, buffing, and washing the inner skin of the natural skin, prevents the transfer of the dust generated in the buffing operation, enables smoother and more articulate expressions as well as easier management in everyday life, and realizes the Chamude texture with the natural leather, and is prepared with the natural leather to have a friction force higher than microfibers. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the leather agent preparing method using the inner skin of the natural leather includes the steps of: a preprocessing step of separating the leather, removing impurities and fat from the leather, and processing the leather in a predetermined thickness; a preliminary dyeing and buffing processing step of dyeing and buffing the leather preprocessed in the preprocessing step in a preliminary manner; a secondary dyeing and buffing processing step of dyeing and buffing the leather processed through the first dyeing and buffing processing step once again; a washing step of removing the dust generated in the second dyeing and buffing processing step and drying the leather; and a softening step of softening the leather dried and washed in the washing step by using a softening drum.
