The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a mixture containing vitamin C in vegetable omega-3 of perilla oil in a vegetable soft capsule type and health functional food in which a mixture containing vitamin C in vegetable omega-3 of perilla oil is manufactured in a vegetable soft capsule type. Specifically, the present invention provides the health functional food containing the vegetable omega-3 and the vitamin C of the perilla oil in a vegetable soft capsule. The present invention relates to the method for manufacturing the mixture containing vitamin C in vegetable omega-3 of perilla oil in a vegetable soft capsule type, capable of providing both essential fatty acid and vitamin, which are essential nutrients which a person should intake as a body cannot synthesize. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the method for manufacturing the mixture containing vitamin C in vegetable omega-3 of perilla oil in a vegetable soft capsule type comprises a raw material preparing step (S100), a raw material mixing step (S200), a transfer step (S300), and a vegetable soft capsule type health functional food manufacturing step (S400).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
