The present invention discloses an in-vehicle terminal for efficient traffic information delivery from a traffic electronic display and a traffic light, and an intelligent traffic system including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the in-vehicle terminal comprises: an input unit which acquires an image photographed by a vehicle; a control unit which recognizes display information of a roadside traffic device including a traffic electronic display and a traffic light from the acquired image, converts the recognized display information into traffic information, determines a dangerous situation from the display information, and generates a danger warning signal; an output unit which outputs the traffic information or the danger warning signal to the inside of a vehicle; a first communication unit which delivers or receives the traffic information or the danger warning signal to/from a control server; and a second communication unit which delivers or receives the traffic information or the danger warning signal to or from surrounding vehicles.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
