The present invention relates to a Corynebacterium mutant strain which enhances the productivity of L-glutamine by weakening a nucleic acid biosynthetic pathway, and a method for producing L-glutamine using the same. More particularly, the present invention provides a Corynebacterium mutant strain, which enhances the productivity of L-glutamine by substituting an initiation codon of a prsA gene encoding ribo-phosphate-pyrophosphokinase and weakening or inactivating the same and a method for producing L-glutamine using the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
