Disclosed is a battery powered user device. The battery powered user device comprises a battery remaining amount detecting part which is connected to the battery and detects the remaining amount of an electric charge stored in the battery and a Bluetooth communication part which performs the Bluetooth communication. Also, the battery powered user device comprises a main controller which controls a switching operation of a switch supplying a power supply of the battery to a load according to a communication control signal and transmits position information based on reception of a beacon signal through the Bluetooth communication part in response to an applied position check signal. Battery remaining amount check of the user device, battery power supply on/off, user device position check and alarm/call function can be remotely performed through a communication terminal.
