The present invention relates to a water tank having earthquake resistance by a structure combined with an inner stiffener and a base pad for an assembling water tank structure in which the unit panels are assembled and coupled together to form the water tank. The water tank includes: a joining portion of unit panels coupled to form a side surface of the water tank among the unit panels; a flat plate having a length corresponding to an entire height of the water tank in the longitudinal direction along a region of the joining portion of the unit panels, and fixed and spaced apart from each other in the lateral direction; a coupling portion connecting and coupling both ends of a round bar horizontally transverse into the water tank from an assembly portion of the flat plates to the outside of the water tank; a bottom joining portion in which floor unit panels constituting a bottom surface of the water tank come into contact with each other; an inner stiffener connected to an end side inserted into the inside of the water tank in order to be formed in the diagonal direction, and connected to the bottom joining portion; and an earthquake-compensating link member connecting the base pad for supporting a lower end of the water tank to the bottom surface of the water tank, and connected and coupled to an end side of the inner stiffener, wherein the inner stiffener is configured to connect an inner surface and the bottom surface inside the water tank in the diagonal direction, and the connecting portion of the inner stiffener is connected between the flat plate formed in a longitudinal direction along the side surface of the water tank and the earthquake-compensating link member for connecting a lower side of the water tank to the base pad, so that an installation area of the base pad is minimized without installing an external stiffener, and the earthquake resistance of the water tank is secured by the inner stiffener.
