Disclosed are a web page-based three-dimensional interior simulation system and a virtual reality-based interior experience method using the same. The web page-based three-dimensional interior simulation system in accordance with the present invention, comprises: a database part which manages a plurality of items used for interior, and an item list with respect to the items; a reception part which receives item setting information including selection information with respect to an item used for interior and arrangement information with respect to arrangement of the selected item from a user terminal connected to a web page; an event setting part which determines an event generation condition and an event application effect with respect to the item using event setting information received from the user terminal; and an output part which arranges the item on a three-dimensional space using the event setting part determining the event application effect and the item setting information, and displays an interior simulation output to which the event application effect due to event generation is reflected on the web page based on the event setting information and inputted information received from the user terminal.
