The present invention relates to a method and a system for making an investment decision for a flood disaster prevention facility using a climate change scenario. The method comprises the following steps: (a) a data collecting unit (100) collects future climate change scenario data, economic element data, and technical element data of a flood disaster prevention facility installation area; (b) a data analysis unit (200) calculates a flood damage amount and a present value of the flood damage amount according to the future climate change scenario data and analyzes economic feasibility to obtain economic feasibility analysis data; and (c) an investment determination unit (300) calculates an expected future profit value based on the obtained economic feasibility analysis data and obtains investment decision information on a flood disaster prevention facility based on the calculated expected future profit value.
