The present invention relates to an apparatus for investigating properties of underground water contamination, comprising: a protective tube; a resistance sensor; and a communication cable. More specifically, the apparatus for investigating properties of underground water contamination is able to prevent contamination of soil and underground water according to properties of the underground water contamination by detecting fluid leaking to the soil. In addition, the fluid is guided to be introduced into a fine hole formed in the protective tube such that detection of the fluid leaking to the fluid can be smoothly implemented.
