The present invention relates to a composition containing momilactone B isolated from a chaff extract or a fraction thereof and a strong acid solution for corrosion inhibition of aluminium; and to a use thereof in an aluminum corrosion inhibition method. Momilactone B of the present invention can be isolated from a chaff methanol extract and/or an ethyl acetate fraction thereof. Momilactone B forms a protective layer at the interface with an aluminum piece when being added to a hydrochloric acid solution and added to the aluminum surface, to effectively suppress the corrosion reaction of aluminum, and thereby can be used as a composition for corrosion inhibition of aluminium.
