The present invention relates to an organic fertilizer using livestock manures, which is prepared mixing and fermenting a manure mixture containing poultry manure, cattle manure, and swine manure, crushed wood materials, larval excrements, a gingko leaf extract, a cinnamon extract, a pine needle extract, rice husks, sesame dregs, coffee grounds, and wood vinegar, wherein the swine manure is sludge having a solid content of 20-25 wt%, and the larval excrements and the wood vinegar are mixed in a weight ratio of 0.8 : 1 to 1 : 0.8. Further, the organic fertilizer is prepared through the following steps of: mixing swine manure with water to prepare swine manure slurry having a solid content of 20-25 wt%; mixing the swine manure slurry with poultry manure and cattle manure to prepare a manure mixture; mixing the manure mixture with crushed wood materials, larval excrements, a gingko leaf extract, a cinnamon extract, a pine needle extract, rice husks, sesame dregs, coffee grounds, and wood vinegar to prepare a mixture; aging the mixture for 10-20 days; and fermenting the aged mixture for 15-20 days in a ventilated fermentation room.
