A recombinant vector according to the present invention comprises a gene encoding a coxL polypeptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; a gene encoding a coxM polypeptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2; and a gene encoding a coxS polypeptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3, wherein the coxL, coxM and coxS polypeptides bind to each other to form an aerobic carbon monoxide dehydrogenase (CODH).
