The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a sunblock cosmetic composition by using olive oil and gelatin and a sunblock cosmetic composition manufactured through the same. More specifically, the method includes: a step of making a first mixture by mixing olive oil, bittern, and purified water at a weight ratio of 50-70 : 25-35 : 5-15 and then periodically stirring and aging the mixture; a step of making a second mixture by mixing and stirring the first mixture with gelatin while heating the mixture in a reactor; a step of making a first composition by mixing and stirring the second mixture with proteolytic enzymes; a step of making a second composition by mixing and stirring base oil with titanium oxide or zinc oxide; and a step of making a sunblock composition by mixing the first and second compositions and then periodically stirring and aging the mixture.
