The present invention relates to an apparatus for three-dimensional face mapping in a mine tunnel which has an excellent picture quality and can be easily used for obtaining data with a simple composition, in which mining surface three-dimensional photogrammetry data for three-dimensional geological modeling for estimating a change of geological features and minerals in the mine tunnel, comprising: a moving body for moving within the mine tunnel; a holder having a plurality of frames unfolded in the radial direction and fixed to the moving body; and a camera and a lamp fixed to a terminal end of the frame of the holder, wherein the camera films the inner surface of the mine tunnel with a lighting of a lamp according to the movement of the moving body.
