Provided are nanovesicle containing hepta sodium hexa carboxymethyl dipeptide-12, a preparation method thereof, and a cosmetic composition containing the same. According to the present invention, when hepta sodium hexa carboxymethyl dipeptide-12, which is difficult to permeate skin lipid membranes and has low stability when applied to cosmetics, is applied to cosmetic preparations, it is possible to enhance metastability and improve skin penetration and skin moisturization of an active ingredient.
