The present invention relates to a hind limb supporting device for the knee joint radiography of a canine. More specifically, in diagnosing the patellar dislocation of a canine using radiography, the hind limb supporting device for the knee joint radiography of a canine can predict patellar dislocation symptoms and also improve diagnosis accuracy. According to the present invention, the hind limb supporting device includes an assist body touching and supporting the limb of an animal for diagnosing a disease of the patella dislocation; and a stand for supporting the assist body, maintaining the standing state of the assist body and adjusting the height of the assist body.
