Provided is a method for compensating a bias error of a three-dimensional sound intensity probe device for precisely estimating a location of a sound source. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for estimating a location of a sound source generates and compensates mutual power spectral density functions between signals measured in a plurality of microphones, and then combines the mutual power spectral density functions to calculate a sound intensity vector. Therefore, a bias error on a three-dimensional sound intensity vector measured in a sound intensity probe composed of a micro microphone array is compensated, thereby precisely estimating a location of a sound source.
