The present invention relates to a management method based on economic feasibility of distributed power of a building, which comprises: a step in which an energy control unit of a distributed power management system of a building receives a transaction signal (DR signal) for an energy transaction and at least one information included therein from an upper system or an operator; a step in which the energy control unit compares economic feasibility based on the at least one information included in the transaction signal (DR signal), statistical information of an energy usage measured normally in a load facility of a corresponding building, and distributed power (ESS) charge information when the transaction signal (DR signal) is inputted, so as to determine whether to participate in a transaction; a step in which the energy control unit generates a distributed power (ESS) operation schedule having the highest economic feasibility in consideration of the information included in the transaction signal, the statistical information of the energy usage measured normally in the load facility of the corresponding building, the distributed power (ESS) charge information and the like when it is determined to participate in the transaction according to the determination on whether to participate in the transaction; and a step in which the energy control unit transmits the generated distributed power (ESS) operation schedule to a charge and discharge control unit when the distributed power (ESS) operation schedule is generated, and the charge and discharge control unit controls charge and discharge of the distributed power (ESS) according to the distributed power (ESS) operation schedule.
