Provided is an anion exchange membrane for vanadium redox flow batteries, which comprises: a base polymer containing at least one selected from the group consisting of an imidazole group, a benzimidazole group, a pyridine group, a triazole group, a tetrazole group, or an amine group; and a polymer including an anion exchange group doped with a sulfonic acid group. By containing the base polymer, crossover of vanadium ions is reduced, and coulomb of the vanadium redox flow battery is improved. By having the polymer comprising the anion exchange group, the voltage efficiency can be improved by lowering resistance.efficiency.
