The present invention relates to a MoO_3 nanowire electrode for detecting norepinephrine and a biosensor using the same. More specifically, provided is a MoO_3 nanowire electrode for detecting norepinephrine, capable of selectively detecting only norepinephrine as a MoO_3 nanowire contained in the MoO_3 nanowire electrode functions as an electrocatalyst in an oxidation reaction of norepinephrine. Moreover, provided is a biosensor using the same. Therefore, the biosensor has low concentration at which norepinephrine can be detected, ensures short duration and excellent sensitivity as a biosensor, and exhibits excellent stability and reproducibility.
