The present invention relates to a method for producing and building a steel composite girder having a BOX section and an I-shaped section supporting an upper floor plate in an inner point portion of a continuous bridge which is a region dominating the stability of the bridge due to a large negative moment due to its own weight and vehicle load. The present invention is a structure in which a steel composite girder installed in a positive moment section of a bridge intermediate portion with a steel-concrete heterogeneous material section is reversed in order to reduce the amount of steel making the girder and increase the stability of the bridge. The present invention relates to the fabrication of a hybrid cross girder and a method for building the girder in which the upper flange and the abdomen are made of steel and the lower flange is made only of pure concrete. According to the ″Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) Criteria″ of the American Association of State Highway Officials (AASHTO) and the ″Design Criteria for Steel Structures (Load Resistance Coefficient Design Method)″ of South Korea, steel-concrete combination is impossible in a composite section which is made of concrete with bottom flange of steel box girder. The inner point portion hybrid section according to the present invention in which the lower flange and steel material are applied as a pure non-combined concrete section becomes a dual composite girder of a continuous bridge satisfying the international standards.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
