The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for controlling a golf green simulator based on a green condition and a hole cup location. In an apparatus comprising a putting mat according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the putting mat (500) may comprise: a green surface unit (510) which includes a starting point (520) and a target point (530); a moving means (200) which moves the target point (530) formed on the green surface unit (510); and a height adjusting means (300) which adjusts a height of the green surface unit (510). The putting mat may provide a three-dimensional space where a golf ball hit towards the target point (530) moved by the moving means (200) from the starting point (520) moves on the green surface unit (510) whose height is adjusted by the height adjusting means (300).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
