Disclosed are a real estate management system and a method using real estate right analysis. According to the present invention, the real estate management system using real estate right analysis comprises: an internet communication device which supports a user to register an interested real estate by using map information and address information supported by an app/web screen; and a registration management support server which monitors whether registration of an interested real estate registered by a user is changed in real time or in a preset period unit, shares a change in registration with the internet communication device, and provides an analysis result to the internet communication device by analyzing registration of an interested real estate with a preset metric. A change in rights of a real estate previously designated by a user can be monitored and analyzed in a short period unit, and the user can easily and accurately confirm an analysis result.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
