A method for preparing germanium nanoparticles coated with ZnO nanoparticles according to the present invention comprises: a step of preparing germanium nanoparticles by laser pyrolysis; a step of supplying and dispersing the germanium nanoparticles and zinc acetate dihydrate on polar solvent; and a step of applying heat to the polar solvent.
