The present invention relates to an organic copolymer for bacteria detection, a preparation method of the same, and a fluorescent sensor for bacteria detection comprising the same. More specifically, an organic copolymer for bacteria detection having adhesive properties is prepared and coated onto a solid substrate, to be utilized as a fluorescent sensor for bacteria detection that can detect bacteria in a short time and can immediately kill the bacteria, not only in a liquid state, but also in a solid state. In addition, an organic copolymer for detecting pH-sensitive bacteria can be prepared, and the organic copolymer can be utilized as a fluorescent sensor for bacteria detection capable of detecting both gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria in a broad pH range.
