According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a continuous collapse-resistant steel moment beam-column connection system using a damper, which can comprise: a column supporting the load of a building; a steel beam connected to a side surface of the column; and reinforcing dampers disposed on both lateral surfaces of the steel beam and having one end portion hinged to side surface of the column and the other end portion hinged to one side surface of the steel beam, thereby preventing continuous collapse of the steel beam when the steel beam is broken at the side surface of the column due to abnormal extreme loading. Accordingly, collapse of a building can be delayed.
