The present invention relates to a cosmetic material composition including a gongjindan ingredient extract and a lotus extract. According to the present invention, the cosmetic material composition including the gongjindan ingredient extract and the lotus extract includes a functional material in which 50-100 parts by weight of the lotus extract is mixed to 100 parts by weight of the gongjindan ingredient extract including a Cornus officinalis fruit, an Angelica acutiloba root, a velvet antler, and a Thymus vulgaris. According to the present invention, the cosmetic material composition including the gongjindan ingredient extract and the lotus extract can guarantee skin safety even if being used for a long time, by including, as a functional ingredient, a natural material including the lotus extract and an extract of the Cornus officinalis fruit, the Angelica acutiloba root, the velvet antler, and the thymus vulgaris, which are active ingredients of a gongjindan called one of the three main great Chinese medicines by substituting a chemical composite matter used for the functional ingredient in existing functional cosmetics. The cosmetic material composition including the gongjindan ingredient extract and the lotus extract can provide a skin soothing effect, skin regeneration effect, whitening effect, nutrition supply effect, moisturizing effect, wrinkle preventing effect, and aging prevention effect of the skin.
