The present invention provides a manufacturing method of an ultralow-carbon cold-rolled steel plate, and an ultralow-carbon cold-rolled steel plate manufactured by the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method of an ultralow-carbon cold-rolled steel plate comprises: a step of reheating a steel slab containing higher than 0 and lower than or equal to 0.005 wt% of carbon (C), 0.03-0.2 wt% of silicon (Si), 0.1-0.6 wt% of manganese (Mn), 0.01-0.08 wt% of phosphorus (P), higher than 0 and lower than or equal to 0.01 wt% of sulfur (S), 0.02-0.06 wt% of aluminum (Al), 0.005-0.04 wt% of niobium (Nb), 0.001-0.004 wt% of nitrogen (N), 0.0005-0.002 wt% of boron (B), and the remainder consisting of iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities; a step of hot-rolling the steel slab at a finishing rolling temperature higher than or equal to an Ar3 transformation point, and rolling the steel slab to manufacture a hot-rolled coil; a step of uncoiling the hot-rolled coil, and then cold-rolling the hot-rolled coil to manufacture a cold-rolled coil; a step of annealing the cold-rolled coil at a temperature of 820-860C; and a step of over-aging the annealed cold-rolled coil at a temperature of 480-520C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
