The present invention relates to a product recommendation technique for cross-border e-commerce based on user experience analysis and environmental factors. More particularly, the present invention relates to a technique for recommending a product that is likely to be purchased by foreign buyers for a cross-border shopping site provided for use by the foreign buyers via the Internet or mobile based on the analysis result of purchase experience of the foreign buyers and local weather and climate information of the foreign buyers in cross-border e-commerce across national borders. According to the present invention, in the cross-border e-commerce, it is possible to enhance customer satisfaction with the cross-border shopping site by technically overcoming a language barrier and effectively analyzing the experience of the foreign buyers, especially emotional response in purchasing products, and reflecting the analysis in product recommendation.
