The present invention relates to an ankle pump exercise apparatus for blood circulation and, more specifically, to an ankle pump exercise apparatus for blood circulation which uses a driving unit formed of an air cylinder minimizing noises to prevent noises or vibration from being transferred to lower layers of a tenement like an apartment or a row house. The ankle pump exercise apparatus for blood circulation according to the present invention comprises: a base plate (100); a shock support (110) fixatedly installed on one side of the base plate (100) and absorbing a shock supplied to a foot of a user; the driving unit (200) fixatedly installed on the other side of the base plate (100), electrically connected to a control unit and receiving power to be operated by the control unit; a first moving unit (300) connected to the driving unit (200) to move toward an upper part or a lower part by the operation of the driving unit (200) and electrically connected to the control unit to receive power through the control unit and to generate electromagnetic force; a second moving unit (400) positioned at a lower part of the first moving unit (300) and pulled to the first moving unit (300) to move if the first moving unit (300) generates the electromagnetic force; a holder (500) fixatedly fastened to the second moving unit (400) and holding an ankle of the user to support the ankle when the foot of the user moves to the upper part or the lower part; and the control unit receiving power from the outside to supply the power to the driving unit (200) and the second moving unit (400) and to perform a control operation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
