The present invention relates to a wind vibration control system which is provided with a wind vibration control unit including a wind moving path in a structure such that a wind speed and a wind direction can be measured in real time without giving additional load burden so as to prevent an occurrence of an eddy flow and vibration due to the eddy flow, control vibration of a building, and reduce a tortion moment due to a wind load. The wind vibration control system of the present invention comprises: an inlet provided on one side surface of the structure and through which wind is introduced; an outlet provided on the other side surface of the structure and from which the introduced wind is leaked; and the wind moving path provided in the structure, and communicating with the inlet at one end thereof and the outlet at the other end thereof such that the introduced wind moves therethrough.
