The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a spoon cup steamed white rice cake capable of enhancing a utilization rate of rice cake and consumption of rice, and cup steamed white rice cake manufactured thereby. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method of a spoon cup steamed white rice cake comprises: a rice cake ingredients preparing step (S100); a rice cake ingredients mixing step (S200) of mixing the prepared rice cake ingredients at a predetermined ratio, and mixing the rice cake ingredients for a constant time by putting in a blender; a filling step (S300) of filling the mixed rice cake ingredients in a cup with a predetermined size; a cup sealing step (S400) of completely sealing the cup filled with the rice cake ingredients; a steaming step (S500) of steaming the sealed cup for a predetermined time; and a packing step (S600) of packing the cup completing steaming, and storing the cup in a predetermined environment condition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
