The present invention relates to a screening method for a cold stress resistant gene, and more specifically, relates to the screening method for a cold stress resistant gene using a triple mutant of CBF1, CBF2 and CBF3 into which a reporter gene has been introduced. By using the screening method of the present invention, CBF-independent cold stress signaling mutants can be selected, so that a CBF independent cold stress resistant gene can be screened.
