The present invention provides a sexual assault prevention system which maximizes stability by preventing a sex offender from recognizing an automatic report. The sexual assault prevention system comprises: a housing part (30) having an electromyogram sensor (20) which recognizes a muscle tension operation, an auxiliary recognition part (34) which recognizes twist rotation of a bone, a MICOM (32) which determines whether the bone is abnormal based on a simultaneous operation of the electromyogram sensor and the auxiliary recognition part, and a wireless communication part (36) which performs a short-range wireless communication with a smartphone (40) when the determination of the MICOM (32) is recognized as a sexual assau a band (31) supporting the housing part (30) so as to be fixed to a wrist, an ankle or an elbow; and the smartphone (40) embedding an application (46) which transmits both a sexual assault notification message and location information to a set number when a sexual assault recognition signal is inputted through a short-range communication with the wireless communication part (36) by a self-wireless communication part (42).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
