The present invention provides a multidimensional breast milk analysis method, which comprises the following steps: (a) collecting a breast milk sample; (b) preparing a plurality of detection samples using the breast milk sample; (c) separating the detection sample by a liquid chromatography method using a fused-silica capillary column, and analyzing separated components by mass spectrometry to calculate component information of the breast milk sample; and (d) comparing component information calculated in the step (c) with component information of normalized breast milk. The multidimensional breast milk analysis method according to the present invention can highly analyze the nutrients such as protein, lipid, and carbohydrate contained in the breast milk, and can produce a reliable analysis result.
