The purpose of the present invention is to dramatically increase effects of hepatic arterial chemoembolization by developing a human serum albumin-based nanoparticle as a bioprotein capable of effectively supporting adriamycin in place of adriamycin which is an anticancer agent used in the hepatic arterial chemoembolization. The adriamycin-supported human serum albumin nanoparticle not only intensively infiltrates drugs effectively into cells but also derives synergistic effects to induce long-term therapeutic effects by using continuous drug release effects from the particle.
