The present invention relates to a power transmission and distribution cable support device functioning as both a rotatable electric pole and a rotatable power fixture capable of coping with shaking of a cable. More specifically, the power transmission and distribution cable support device comprises: a connection body (100) having an elastic member insertion groove (140); a rotation body (200) having four fixing grooves (230) formed at a predetermined interval; a support stand (300) installed in an upper portion of the rotation body (200); a moving stand (400) installed between first and second support stands (310, 320); a connection object inserted into coupling holes (311, 321) of the support stand (300) and connection holes of the moving stand (400); and a fixing object (600) made of a fixing member (620).
