According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for relaying a hospital escort service executed by a hospital escort service relay server comprises the steps of: generating a bookable available nurse list on the basis of a hospital escort service reservation message to provide the same to a customer terminal, when the hospital escort service reservation message is received from the customer terminal; providing a corresponding available nurse terminal with a hospital escort service reservation notifying message when one or a plurality of available nurse selection signals in the available nurse list are received from the customer terminal; and relaying a connection between a customer and an available nurse in accordance with a response message to the hospital escort service reservation notifying message received from the available nurse terminal. Therefore, according to the present invention, a service that an available nurse, not a general user, escorts a customer to a hospital from a place where the customer is located in accordance with a hospital escort service request of the customer, is provided, and thus, customers without a guardian or having difficulty in bringing a guardian can comfortably use a hospital from visiting the hospital until returning home.
