Disclosed are a ball truss structure having a work space easy to assemble and a truss tightening structure using the same. The present invention comprises: a span extended in one direction and a plurality of spans extended in an equiangular direction; a main body provided with a cutout opening selectively opened from a plurality of upright walls formed upright to fasten an end of the span; and a fixing bolt having a cover which seals the top of the main body, and a cover which is bolted to the main body to fix the cover to the main body. The span can provide the ball truss having a work space easy to assemble. The ball truss includes: a span pipe extended in one direction; and a fastening pipe which is fixed to the outer surface of an end portion of the span pipe and is provided in an incision so as to be caught by the inner surface of the main body. Therefore, it is possible to improve corrosion resistance by intercepting moisture introduced into the ball truss, and to improve ease of assembly and resistance to twisting.
